Shipping

All orders (silicone molds, cookie cutters, chocolate moulds, and more cake supplies) are processed and shipped within 1 business day throughout the delivery company of choice (weekends are not included). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.  

Once your order has been processed at the delivery company of your choice, we are no longer in control of your package. If the tracking status shows that the package was delivered, yet you have not received it, please contact the delivery company. 

Chio's Cakes Supplies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no returns will be accepted.  All orders are final. Please contact us if you have any issues with your orders.
